The Silent Coup That Stole Bihar’s Mandate ,The Great Democratic Burglary: How the Bihar Election Was Looted Behind Locked Doors

(Out of the NDA’s 202 seats, 128 were won with victory margins far smaller than the number of voters deleted from the rolls. Res ipsa loquitur. The full list of these 128 seats appears at the end.)

The 202 seats secured by the NDA in the 243-member Bihar Assembly are not the people’s mandate. They are not the verdict of Bihar’s voters, but the result of a meticulously orchestrated deception carried out by the Election Commission at the behest of Modi and Shah. This is not just a political scandal — it is a grave insult to the Constitution, democracy, and the very idea of public sovereignty.

In Maharashtra and Haryana, the game was to stuff voter lists with lakhs of fake voters. In Bihar, the method was even more brazen: under the shield of SIR, genuine voters were selectively purged from the rolls, turning electoral malpractice into outright electoral robbery.

The Constitution and democracy do not belong to the ruling side or the opposition; they belong to the people. That is why the Bihar election was not the opposition’s defeat — it was the people’s defeat. Once again, the voice of the public has been crushed under the machinery of the state.

Before going further, one point must be clarified. This article is not a desperate outcry stemming from disappointment over election results. It is a document of facts — verifiable, undeniable, and alarming.

On November 3, four unreserved trains departed from Haryana’s Karnal and Gurugram towards Bihar. Passengers wearing saffron scarves allegedly did not pay fares. Neither the Railways nor the loquacious Railway Minister has denied this. There may be similar cases from other states as well, and they cannot be ruled out.

Even more shocking are the public admissions of double voting. Former BJP Rajya Sabha MP Rakesh Sinha, Delhi Purvanchal Morcha president Sanjay Ojha (along with their spouses), and BJP worker Nagendra Kumar openly posted their photographs after voting in both Delhi and Bihar. Prabhat Kumar, head of BJP’s social media in Uttarakhand, voted using two EPIC numbers — first in Uttarakhand, then in Bihar. LJP MP Shambhavi Choudhary even flashed both her inked fingers to the press, and the photos are widely circulated. No action has been taken on any of these self-evident crimes. If anything proves the nexus between the government, the Election Commission, and the SIR operation, this is it.

the cold numbers:

  • Sandesh (Deleted votes: 25,062 | Margin: 27) – JDU victory

  • Nabinagar (Deleted votes: 24,530 | Margin: 112) – JDU victory

  • Dumraon (Deleted votes: 21,733 | Margin: 2,105) – JDU victory

  • Belaganj (Deleted votes: 27,376 | Margin: 2,882) – JDU victory

For the BJP:

  • Balrampur (Deleted votes: 29,254 | Margin: 389)

  • Tarari (Deleted votes: 32,095 | Margin: 1,329)

  • Aghion (Deleted votes: 20,316 | Margin: 95)

Out of the NDA’s 202 seats, 128 were won through the SIR-driven voter deletions. The NDA’s real tally is 74 seats — no more.

A 90% strike rate is unprecedented — not even in 1952 when Congress dominated the political landscape, nor in 1984 when a wave of sympathy swept the nation after Indira Gandhi’s assassination.

Victory has many claimants; defeat has none. Today, even those who were predicting a Mahagathbandhan triumph yesterday are busy dissecting Rahul, Tejashwi, and the alliance’s “errors.”

But one fact stands unshakably clear from the numbers listed below: Modi, Shah, and Gyanesh Kumar did not win an election in Bihar — they staged a daylight heist.
