MBD Group Launches “Robotics Lab on Wheels” to Revolutionize STEM Learning for Underprivileged Students Across India
New Delhi, August 7, 2025 — The MBD Group, through its CSR arm—the Ashok Malhotra Charitable Trust—has launched a transformative initiative titled ‘Robotics Lab on Wheels’ under its flagship CSR program “Love to Learn by MBD.” This mobile lab is designed to deliver robotics and STEM education directly to underprivileged students in urban and rural areas across India.
The van-mounted mobile lab is fully equipped to offer experiential, technology-enabled learning to schools that lack access to advanced STEM facilities. The initiative honors the legacy of MBD’s Founder, Shri Ashok Kumar Malhotra, and forms part of the broader Ashok Karya social impact mission.
The initiative was inaugurated by Shri Lahar Singh Siroya, Member of Parliament, who lauded the effort, saying,
