New Delhi, March 2025 — The SandMartin Group, a pioneer in international Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), celebrated its 45th anniversary with a grand commemorative event titled “SandMartin Shines”, held at Crowne Plaza, an IHG Hotel, New Delhi.
The event was a tribute to SandMartin’s remarkable journey—from its founding in 1980 to becoming a globally respected outsourcing partner, serving clients across the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and the Gulf. The Group’s core services include Finance & Accounts Outsourcing, 401-K Plan Administration, Payroll, Taxation, Employee Benefits Plan Management, Legal Process Outsourcing, and Contact Centre Operations.
A special highlight of the evening was the screening of a powerful documentary showcasing the 45-year journey of SandMartin. This was followed by an enthusiastic Rewards & Recognition (R&R) ceremony,honouring contributions across departments. The event also applauded the CSR team for their ongoing work in community support, education, and women empowerment initiatives.
The evening truly came alive with lively dance and musical performances by SandMartin staff members, followed by a high-energy DJ session that had everyone on their feet. With over 400 team members in attendance, the celebration reflected the Group’s spirit of unity, talent, and vibrant culture. The event concluded with a grand dinner.
Founder President Dr. Sunil Goel, FCA, delivered an inspiring keynote address, reflecting on the values of consistency, learning, and purpose-driven growth. Known for his early and continued passion for technology, Dr. Goel was one of the early adopters of IT in finance and outsourcing—laying the foundation for SandMartin’s tech-forward approach from the very beginning.
